Established in September 1996, Dain has three factories located in Shenzhen, Hunan and Vietnam. The Shenzhen factory was named Shenzhen High-tech Enterprise in 2006, National High-tech Enterprise in 2016, Shenzhen Innovative Enterprise in 2022 and Specialized New Enterprise in 2023.

The main customers include HM, GN, Panasonic, EPSON, SONY, Brother, Sennheiser, Samsung, DJI, Lenovo etc., and 80% of the products are exported overseas.
